Cross Timbers Architects was established in 2002 by founder, Architect, Shannon Pearcey. She soon brought on Jennifer Alford (Architect) to be part of her design team. Together they established a well-known and respected Community Architectural Firm. The idea was to provide excellent service, beautiful but functional designs, and deliver to the Client in a timely and efficient manner. Our business is not based on any specific design style or pretense. If you can dream it, we can help you bring that dream to fruition. Whether it is a New Custom Home, Mixed-Use Development, Commercial Office Building, Tenant Finish-Out, or a much-needed Home or Office Renovation or Addition, we can help you. Cross Timbers Architects is an architectural firm specializing in custom residences. We have also designed numerous commercial and retail projects, but our focus remains residential. We are located in the “Cross Timbers” region of Texas and have been in business for almost 15 years. Over 250 wonderful custom homes throughout north Texas are Cross Timbers designs. Our residential portfolio ranges from multifamily to country estates. We are known for creating beautiful and livable designs based on our clients’ lifestyles and professions.

Cross Timbers Architects has grown and been very successful without the benefit of any formal marketing effort. We believe that this can be attributed to one thing.
