It has high ceilings and is full of natural light. The clean lines give it a nice modern feel. The construction is nearly complete!
This house was designed to entertain with the family! It’s a one-story home with a modern farmhouse look situated on acreage in Flower Mound, Texas. It has 5,416 square feet of living space, 2,160 square feet garage for 6 cars, and 1,962 square feet of outdoor living spaces. The master suite, study, dining room, family room, and game room all have stunning steel frame glass doors that open up the back porch, which overlooks the pool and flood plain beyond. We worked closely with the homeowners and the builder to fine tune every detail of the house and it was well worth it!
This 3-story hunting lodge is located in Bellevue, Texas. The main floor is 3400 square feet. It has a loft with bunk beds and a full 4-car garage and tornado shelter below. Glass doors and windows that extend to the top of the vaulted ceiling surround the massive 6’ wide double-sided fireplace. It serves as the lodge’s focal point while allowing full views of the property beyond. This project is in the very beginning stages of construction. We cannot wait to see the progress!
